Today we read "Joy-Riding" as a class and finished cross grades.
Block B: 1. We reviewed parts of speech, focusing mainly on verbs and adverbs. 2. We wrote 10 sentences using verb/adverb pairings.
3. We viewed a sample mini essay to identify transitional phrases. 4. We applied out knowledge of transitional phrases to a paragraph activity.
